I love yoga and I was surprised when I didn't find anything on it when I was looking here. It really makes me feel rellaxed when I do yoga. It helps to relieve both physical and mental strain. If you are really stressed out I deffinately recommend yoga.

agree with the first post. I took yoga when i was a seenior in hig school.
I actually started a topic about this quite some time ago. I'm very interested in yoga. I know a few exercises, but I'd really like to learn more.
If you want to learn yoga check with your gym if you have on and ask if they offer a basic yoga class.
I just might do that, though when I'll find the time, I'm not entirely sure.
